This Privacy Policy explains how REP LAB (“REP LAB”, “we”, “us”), a service operated by 2626915 Ontario Inc. (operating as Agent Consulting), located in Ontario, Canada, collects, uses, and protects personal information. REP LAB is a software platform that helps real-estate professionals organize leads, run marketing campaigns, and manage follow-up. We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to (a) agents who create a REP LAB account and use the platform, and (b) information about prospective clients / leads that agents collect and manage through REP LAB. Agents are responsible for their own compliance with privacy and anti-spam laws when contacting the people in their pipeline (see our Terms of Service).

Information we collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, password (stored hashed), brokerage or business name, and the geographic territories you claim.

Lead information

REP LAB processes information about property opportunities and prospective clients, which may include property addresses, listing details, and — where lawfully obtained — contact information such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses. This information may come from public sources, licensed data providers, or lead forms submitted by the individuals themselves through advertising campaigns you run.

Connected advertising accounts

If you connect a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising account, we access advertising and lead data you authorize — for example, lead-form submissions and campaign performance metrics — solely to deliver the REP LAB service to you.

Usage information

We collect log data, device/browser information, and product usage to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the REP LAB platform
• To deliver leads into your pipeline and generate AI call-preparation materials
• To send you service, account, and (with consent) product communications
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations

Consent and legal basis

We collect and use personal information with consent, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Where REP LAB processes lead information on behalf of an agent, the agent is responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to collect and contact those individuals.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that host and power REP LAB (cloud hosting, database, email delivery, and AI processing), bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms and used only to provide the service;
• Meta Platforms, where you connect an advertising account, to retrieve the data you authorize;
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Data obtained through Meta

Any data we access through the Meta platform (such as lead-ad submissions) is used only to provide the REP LAB service to the connecting agent. We do not use it for unrelated purposes, and its use is subject to Meta’s Platform Terms. You can disconnect your Meta account at any time, and can request deletion of data obtained through Meta via our Data Deletion process.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards including encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below or use our Data Deletion page.

International transfers

Our service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. Where information is transferred across borders, it remains protected under this policy and applicable law.

Children

REP LAB is intended for licensed real-estate professionals and is not directed to individuals under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
