About these templates
What makes a good real estate Facebook ad?
One clear offer, one audience and one action. The ads that work name a specific thing the viewer gets — a valuation, a guide, a list of homes under a price — rather than advertising the agent. Clarity of the offer matters more than the design.
Can I use these ad templates?
They are the templates inside REP LAB. Each one is editable — you change the city, the price, the beds and the baths, and the artwork re-renders before you publish it to your own Facebook Page.
What size should a real estate Facebook ad be?
A 4:5 portrait image at 1440 × 1800 covers feed placements without cropping badly. Square 1:1 also works. Avoid landscape for feed ads — it takes far less screen on a phone, which is where nearly all of this traffic is.
Do I need a designer to run real estate ads?
No. What you need is a template built around an offer, and the ability to put your own city and price into it. Designing from scratch for every campaign is what stops most agents running ads consistently.
This is one piece of it.
REP LAB runs the ads, catches the leads, follows up on its own and tells you what to say before you call.
